Cancellation Policy
48+ hours before pickup: Free cancellation
24โ48 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours: 100% cancellation fee
No-show reservations: Full charge applies
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or WhatsApp.
Whenever possible, we will gladly assist with rescheduling your booking.
