Welcome to Globetransporte GmbH.
Thank you for choosing us. We are committed to delivering a luxury private chauffeur service with professionalism, comfort, reliability, and discretion.
Quotation & Pricing
Quotations are valid for 72 hours from the date of issue.
All prices include Swiss VAT (8.1%).
No hidden fees apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reservation & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
A secure payment link will be provided.
By confirming a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Waiting Time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands.
All other pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
Additional waiting time is charged after the complimentary waiting period.
Cancellation Policy
48+ hours: Free cancellation.
24β48 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours: 100% charge.
No-show: Full charge applies.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or WhatsApp.
Safety & Privacy
All vehicles are fully insured and operated by professional chauffeurs. Personal information is protected in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) and the GDPR.
Baggage
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Luggage must accompany the passenger at all times. Globetransporte GmbH accepts no liability for prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or undeclared items.
Lost Property
Lost property found in our vehicles will be kept for a reasonable period. Collection or shipping costs are the responsibility of the passenger.
Damage to Vehicle
Passengers may be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle through negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct.
Liability
Flight arrivals are monitored whenever flight information is provided by the customer.
Globetransporte GmbH is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Force Majeure
Globetransporte GmbH shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, strikes, government actions or restrictions, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events.
Right to Refuse Service
Globetransporte GmbH reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where reasonably justified, including in cases involving safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, legal requirements, or circumstances that may affect the safety, comfort, or security of passengers, chauffeurs, or vehicles.
Globetransporte GmbH reserves the right to decline bookings at its reasonable discretion in accordance with applicable Swiss law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Canton of Zurich.
Language
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between translated versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
