We booked our Zurich airport transfer with Globe Transporte GmbH and were delighted by the level of service we received from beginning to end. They were very responsive via WhatsApp, and our driver, Sami, monitored our (delayed) flight and was waiting for us upon arrival. The car was very clean and well-equipped for the snowy day we drove through, and Sami was a confident and safe driver. We had a great experience and would certainly use this company again in the future. Highly recommended!

My family and I recently traveled from the US during Thanksgiving week to enjoy the Christmas Markets in Zurich. We had a great experience with Globe Transporte GmbH. The vehicle was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Sami was on time and very pleasant to talk with. He was patient and he answered many of our curious questions about Zurich. Excellent and Beautiful Service for me and my family’s Whole Week Trip. With Smooth & Glorious Drive and Luxurious Quality Car! Loved their hospitality.

We had the privilege to meet three wonderful professionals who took us around the country.

Mr. Sami was very professional, welcoming and brought a very positive energy with him and showed us around the country very enthusiastically

Mr. Loris who was also brilliant and was kind enough to not only drive us to destinations but also walk with us and show us around

Mr. Sheriff was also incredible as he helped us cover multiple places and took us to rare beautiful spots that only the locals would know. Not to mention, his brilliant photography skill! He took amazing pictures for us for which we are very grateful!

Premium General Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Globe Transporte GmbH. Our commitment is to provide exceptional transportation services, including private chauffeur services, limousine transfers, airport transfers, and group travel, within Switzerland and specifically at Zurich Airport. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and engagements with our Company and are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and excellence in service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Globe Transporte GmbH for any transportation service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms in full. Any booking constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Client and Globe Transporte GmbH.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All services must be booked in advance. A booking is confirmed upon written acknowledgment by Globe Transporte GmbH, via email or through our authorized booking platform. Globe Transporte GmbH reserves the right to decline any booking under exceptional circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
  • Full payment or a deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required to secure a booking.
  • All prices are stated exclusive of Swiss VAT unless explicitly indicated.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Cancellation fees are applied based on notice:
    • More than 48 hours prior: No charge
    • 24–48 hours prior: 50% of total fee
    • Less than 24 hours prior: 100% of total fee

  • Globe Transporte GmbH reserves the right to adjust or modify services in cases of traffic disruptions, airport restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Liability and Responsibility

  • Globe Transporte GmbH maintains full insurance coverage and is liable for damages arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  • The Company is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as weather, traffic, airport regulations, or governmental restrictions.
  • Clients are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during all services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Globe Transporte GmbH strictly complies with Swiss data protection regulations (DSG / DSGVO). Client information is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties unless required to fulfill the service.

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for non-performance resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising under this agreement shall be the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

9. Service Excellence

Globe Transporte GmbH is committed to the highest standards of safety, comfort, and discretion. All vehicles comply with Swiss safety regulations and Zurich Airport protocols. Service specifications are subject to vehicle availability.

10. Amendments and Severability

  • Any amendments to these Terms must be made in writing.
  • If any provision is found to be invalid, the remainder shall remain effective and enforceable.
  • Services are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Globe Transporte GmbH.
